From Udaipur to Mumbai

We've had a nice time in Udaipur. Gavin is still sick so we've been taking it easy, but it's a relaxing kind of place. We took a sunset boat cruise and saw the old palace and buildings changing colours as the sun disappeared, as well as a tour in the City Palace.

Tonight we are taking a 16hour bus ride to Mumbai or Bombay (the old name for the city and will spend a few days there. All of the trains are full from there to Goa so I think we will have to bus it again. Although I have just noticed on MSN India that there is the possibility of a terrorist attack in Goa over Christmas and New Years, directed at the thousands of Israeli's that will be there. We will have to check that out and hope it will be safe to be there. It's the happening spot in India over the holidays as it's on the beach. If anyone reads or hears anything about this please let me know, it could be something similar to the Bali attack a few years ago and I would hate to be near there if that is the case.
